Call or alarm triggers our 24/7 control room. Nature of medical emergency assessed — type, location, number of patients, any trauma or security component.
EMS unit and tactical vehicle dispatched at the same time — paramedics arrive to a secured scene, minimising risk to medical personnel and patients.
Primary and secondary survey, vital signs, airway management and haemorrhage control — all initiated within 60 seconds of arrival by our HPCSA-registered paramedic.
Advanced interventions as required — IV access, medication, cardiac monitoring, spinal immobilisation, splinting and wound management. Patient stabilised for transport.
Patient transported to nearest appropriate facility or handed over to arriving NHI/government EMS if required. Full patient care record provided on handover. Client notified.
